Making Room For Love

 

Love is infinite, and it also has the capacity for exponential growth if tended to correctly. The more love and passion you allow into your life, the more love you'll share with the people in your life. The more love you share with the people in your life, the more love you'll receive and the more room you'll get to make for love in your life. 

 

Today's thought exercise is just over six minutes long. Find a quiet space where you can lie down.

• A quiet private space where you can be undisturbed for 11-16 minutes.

• Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

• Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

• 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
