Directing Love Into Your Day

 

Can you use your mind to imagine things that you never thought were possible? If you focused enough, could you access your emotions through your intellect? If that was possible, wouldn't you be able to change how you feel?  The way you think is the way you feel. You cannot think one way and feel another way, can you?  The question becomes, Can you give yourself the ability to choose how you think? Will you allow yourself to decide how you feel?

 

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

  • A quiet private space where you can be undisturbed for 10-15 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
