Pursuing Your Heart's Desires

 

Waking up your heart so it may help you make decisions might be the most powerful thing you can do to benefit your life. If all your choices were reflective of your heart's most authentic desires, how different would your life be? How different would your body be? How different would you be?

 

Today's video is a short (roughly seven-minute) seated meditation. Find a quiet space when you can spend the next 12-17 minutes.

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

  • A quiet private space where you can sit for 12-17 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
