Making Room For Your Experience
The physical you is the tool you use to experience life. Your experiences are exclusively yours, aren't they? Your experiences belong to you, and they happen exclusively within you. If everything you perceive is experienced within you, wouldn't that mean that you have 100% control of those experiences?
As you find a comfortable seat for today's practice, see if you can find the space to shift your experience, so that is more fully supports you.

Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.
