Calming The Storm

 

What are you going to do with the information you have about yourself? What are you going to do now that you can see the storm in front of you? Are you going to grow to meet the challenge? Or will you go back to numbing yourself?  You do have a choice.

 

Today's video is just over four minutes long. Find a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. 

 

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

​

  • A quiet private space where you can be undisturbed for 9-14 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
