What Do You Want?

 

What do I want? That is an important question. Why do you think offering an answer to that question is so scary? I know for me, it can be scary to say I want something because the act of saying it, means I have something that I may fail to achieve. Why is answering the question "What do I want?" difficult for you? Are you like me? Or is it something else?

 

Today's video is less of meditation and more of a thought experiment. So find a spot where you can lay down comfortably. 

 

 

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

 

  • A quiet private space where you can lay down in comfort for 12-17 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
