How Far Have You Really Come?

 

How far have you really come? Sometimes you need a way to measure your progress, and sometimes the results can be surprising. Today's practice is about connecting back to yourself. Are you still continually judging yourself as if perfection exists? Have you stopped hiding who you are and started being who you want to be?

 

Today's video is just over five minutes long, and as you know, it can be an uncomfortable practice. I'm imploring you again to give in to the experience, if you start to feel resistance, notice it, but let it go.

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

​

  • A quiet private space where you can see as much of yourself as possible in a mirror 10-15 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
