Where Are You?

 

Which direction is up? Which direction is down? Are these simple questions? They are the questions that you'll be asked today. Today's thought exercise is just under six minutes long. Find a quiet place where you may lie down comfortably. 

 

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

  • A quiet private space where you can sit for 11-17 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
