The Way That Works

 

If there is anything I've tried, tried, and tried again while continuously failing, it is doing things the way I want instead of the way that works. Have you ever fallen victim to this trap? As counterproductive as it is to try to make things work the way you want them to, instead of the way that works, it’s still a common trap that most of us encounter.  

Before You Get Started | Things You'll Need

  • A quiet private space where you can be undisturbed for 7-12 minutes.

  • Any props you might use to make yourself comfortable.

  • Pen & paper (for your thoughts).

  • 5-10 minutes of time to process afterward.
