Thank you Patrick! I appreciate this reminder and new information. I remember last time I did this I really did sleep better and was more focused when I could eat at that time. The struggle was real on not snacking, in the beginning. my challenge this time is work and not sleeping anyway. I go a lot of days without really eating at all due to the hectic schedule I have. I assume it’s age and stress related sleep deprivation. I don’t get out of meetings in time to have dinner by 4:30.
Added challenge. I’m tired of meal prepping. We’ve been doing it for years and I am bored to death with making a bunch of food for the week and eating the same thing over and over. I guess because i work so much I feel my food is my reward (which is a bad idea I realize) and want it fresh. Lol! Anyway by the time I do get into the kitchen it’s past the time. I often am starving, need time to cook and have someone else to feed. Any advice/suggestions to stay on a real food plan with this going on? Thanks friend!
Oh Heck yeah coffee is on the menu! They started roasting coffee and serving it "as we do" in the 1400's. My only personal challenge with coffee is making sure I stay hydrated. I try to drink 2-3 glasses of water before I allow myself to have my AM coffee.
