Hey Rob, Carrie may have you focused more on the Superfood program, so that is a question that I'll leave up for a household debate, but anything that is grown, or raised fits into the Nourishing You program so yes to both. If you were going to go full Superfood, technically Cashews could be argued either way. I'd probably include them, but they are biologically similar to legumes although not apart of the legume family. Again if you were going to go the Superfood route, edamame wouldn't be included, but they do fit into Nourishing You.
