Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable

Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable

Today's video is a quick guide to succeeding with this challenge. I can promise you that your success will start with loving yourself.

This program is designed to provide you with the freedom to make food choices that support your lifestyle. If you want recipes, ingredient lists, or more detailed meal support, check out the Superfood Program from the dashboard it is an incredible guide for making great food choices.

Real Food vs Not Real Food

90% of the time, you're going to eat real food.

Real Food

Includes Anything that was Grown, Raised Or Consumed 500 Years Ago (raw cheese)

Red Flag Not Real Food

- Ingredients you would not use to cook with at home. (What is silicon dioxide anyway?)

- Artificial additives.

- Any form of added sugar. Want a treat? Eat a mango! (Pro tip on mangos. The country of origin matters a lot. In the US the best mango tend to come from Peru or Mexico. Don't buy mangos from Ecuador, they are flavorless poor imitations of a mango.)

- Refined grains. Can you recognize the grain it's made from??

- Anything with More than 4 ingredients

Keep in mind if you're participating with a desire to eliminate food allergies or to limit your responses to certain food types, my saying they are approved won't make your body respond to them better. If you have foods you know create issues for you, avoid them.

Today's video will explain everything you need to know about how to best utilize the tools and resources available to you over the next 30 days. When you're ready to take the next step just click the link below, don't forget to watch today's video.  Note there is a short section about body fat testing, which, unfortunately, isn't a part of this program. I left this section in you can skip that or use the information to develop your own at-home tracking program.
